01About

Engineering depth. Leadership perspective.

A hands-on engineer who can move from business context and architecture to implementation, delivery, and team enablement.

01 / PROFILE

Experience across the full lifecycle.

I am a software engineer who likes to take responsibility for the whole problem—not only the piece of code that happens to land on my desk.

My work moves between business context, user needs, architecture, implementation, delivery, and production operation. That breadth helps me make better trade-offs early, see complex dependencies, and build systems that remain understandable and maintainable after the first release.

02 / CAPABILITIES

Broad enough for the system. Deep enough for the details.

01

Application engineering

Production web, backend, API, and mobile systems with strong types, clear boundaries, and maintainable delivery practices.

02

Architecture & distributed systems

Microservices, event-driven workflows, gRPC, integration boundaries, modernization, and explicit architectural trade-offs.

03

Responsible AI & automation

Agentic systems, model integrations, tools, workflows, evaluations, guardrails, human oversight, and operational observability.

04

Data & integrations

Enterprise APIs, data transformation, synchronization, ETL, real-time processing, and failure-aware integration design.

05

Cloud & delivery

Cloud platforms, containers, infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, release automation, and dependable production operation.

06

Technical leadership

Direction, hands-on problem solving, reviews, mentoring, documentation, developer experience, and building team independence.

03 / CAREER

Progressed by taking ownership.

From hands-on developer to technical leader, without moving away from the code or the reality of production.

2020 — NOW

Freelance lead engineer

Dovocode: technical leadership, architecture, integrations, responsible AI, and hands-on delivery for organizations with complex systems.

2019 — 2022

Lead developer

Led a five-person engineering team and delivered web, mobile, platform, microservice, CI/CD, and operational tooling.

2013 — 2019

Software engineer

Built full-stack products, specialized editors, financial tools, data visualizations, and client platforms across multiple industries.

04 / TECHNICAL RANGE

Technology as a tool, not an identity.

I choose technology based on the problem, the organization, and the operational context. This is a map of range—not a ranking or a collection of badges.

02 / LEADERSHIP IN PRACTICE

Enable people, don’t create dependencies.

The best technical leadership makes itself progressively less necessary. I share context, build useful tooling, document decisions, and work alongside teams so they can make strong decisions independently.

01

Lead through action

Trust is earned through consistency. I prefer demonstrating solutions, mentoring through real work, and setting technical standards by example.

02

Share context, not just tasks

People make better decisions when they understand the why behind architecture, business priorities, and technical trade-offs.

03

Encourage constructive disagreement

Healthy teams challenge ideas rather than defend egos. The strongest solutions emerge from respectful debate backed by evidence.

04

Build continuous learning

Great teams create space to experiment, share knowledge, learn from failure, and continuously refine their craft.

My goal is not to be the person who knows everything. It is to help build a team and a system that no longer depends on one person knowing everything.

READY FOR THE NEXT SYSTEM

Senior ownership for software that matters.

Bring the problem, the context, and the constraints. I will help determine the right technical move from there.
